How do I track my order?
You are welcome to contact our office to track the packages.
What are your delivery options?
Regular packages will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS.
Large quantity packages will be shipped by Freight Trucking Company with Freight Collected.
How do I return an item?
You can contact our sales representative or office to ask for return authorization.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we do.
You are welcome to contact us for the orders and we will deliver the goods to the address you request.
What is your returns policy?
Here is our return policy:
No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization issued by KNY Menswear Inc.
All returns must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.
Returns must be with original plastic bags, tags and labels.
We are not responsible for return freight.
